
Cashew Eggnog With Vanilla & Nutmeg

Ingredients
- 75g cashews, soaked
- 2 egg yolks
- 360ml warm milk of your choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tsp maple syrup
- Pinch nutmeg
- Optional: 1 scoop collagen
Method
- Blend cashews with egg yolks, vanilla and maple.
- Slowly pour in warm milk while blending.
- Serve warm with nutmeg on top.
