Cashew Eggnog With Vanilla & Nutmeg

Ingredients

  • 75g cashews, soaked
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 360ml warm milk of your choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • Optional: 1 scoop collagen

Method

  1. Blend cashews with egg yolks, vanilla and maple.
  2. Slowly pour in warm milk while blending.
  3. Serve warm with nutmeg on top.
