
Coconut, Lentil & Spinach Dahl

Ingredients
- 150g red lentils, rinsed
- 400ml coconut milk
- 300ml filtered water
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 150g spinach
- Lime
- Salt
Method
- Add all ingredients except spinach to the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Stir in the spinach in the final 10 minutes.
- Season and serve.
