Coconut, Lentil & Spinach Dahl

Ingredients

  • 150g red lentils, rinsed
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 300ml filtered water
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 150g spinach
  • Lime
  • Salt

Method

  • Add all ingredients except spinach to the slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours.
  • Stir in the spinach in the final 10 minutes.
  • Season and serve.
