Garlic & Lemon Sautéed Greens

Ingredients

  • 150g kale, spinach, or Swiss chard, washed and chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • Salt & black pepper

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Add greens and cook, stirring, for 3–5 minutes until wilted but still vibrant.

  4. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  5. Serve immediately.
