- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 100g spinach
- 1 tbsp oil or ghee
- 80g soft goat’s cheese
- Salt & pepper
Method
- Sauté mushrooms until golden.
- Add spinach until just wilted.
- Scatter over goat’s cheese and season.
