Grass-Fed Steak Tagliata With Balsamic & Rocket
"This simple, mouth-watering dish is ready in a matter of minutes. Grass-fed beef provides a good source of energising protein, iron and vitamin B12 to support muscle repair, red blood cells and nerve health. The peppery, bitter rocket stimulates bile flow to support digestion of the meat, while the dressing provides heart-healthy fats and polyphenols to help reduce inflammation," says nutritional therapist Alexa Mullane.
