Za’atar Spiced Chicken Legs With Lemon Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 4 organic chicken legs (drumstick + thigh)

  • 2 tbsp za’atar spice mix

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • Salt & black pepper

For the sauce:

  • 200g natural organic yoghurt or coconut yoghurt

  • Juice of ½ lemon

Method

  1. Rub chicken with za’atar, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

  2. Roast at 200°C for 30–35 mins until golden and cooked through.

  3. Mix yoghurt and lemon juice; serve alongside.
