Spiced Lamb Koftas With Mint Yogurt

"These fragrant koftas offer support for hormones, immunity and a steady release of energy. Warming spices like coriander, cumin and paprika add depth of flavour and anti-inflammatory support. If using live yoghurt, the probiotics will aid gut health, and the lemon and mint add freshness alongside vitamin C and antioxidants to support immune health. Ingredients

  • 300g organic, grass-fed lamb mince

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • 1 tsp ground coriander

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt & black pepper

  • 100g organic natural yoghurt or coconut yoghurt

  • Handful fresh mint, chopped

  • Juice of ½ lemon

Method

  1. Mix lamb mince with spices, salt and pepper; shape into small logs or patties.

  2. Pan-fry or grill for 3–4 mins each side until cooked through.

  3. Combine yoghurt, mint and lemon juice to make the cooling dip.
