
Mackerel Pâté on Rye Crackers With Beetroot & Dill Salad

Ingredients
- 200g smoked mackerel fillets, skin removed
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt & black pepper
- Rye crackers
- 1 small cooked beetroot, diced
- Fresh dill, chopped
Method
- Blend mackerel, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper into a smooth pâté.
- Serve pâté on rye crackers with beetroot and dill on the side.
