Gut-Healing Chicken Bone Broth
“Comforting, warming and nourishing, this anti-inflammatory chicken broth not only delivers a nutritional punch but it’s also a great way to use up leftovers after Sunday lunch. The collagen, gelatin and glutamine in this slow-cooked broth repair and strengthen the gut lining, while the polyphenols and prebiotics feed the good bacteria to support a healthy microbiome. Hydrating, gentle on the digestive tract and easy to absorb, drink a warm mug of this broth daily and your gut will thank you for it,” says nutritional therapist Alexa Mullane.
