Grass-Fed Beef & Courgette Stir-Fry With Tamari & Sesame
"This mineral-rich, aromatic stir-fry is easy to make and packs a big fibre punch. The rainbow of vegetables nourishes the body and supports the gut thanks to the fibre and polyphenols that feed healthy bacteria. Sesame oil and sesame seeds also provide powerful hormone-balancing support. This dish will leave you feeling energised and satisfied," says nutritional therapist Alexa Mullane.
