Gareth is a fitness professional and integrative humanistic counsellor in training. Originally from Dublin, he began his career as a professional dancer and musical theatre performer before moving into London's luxury fitness space. Over the past decade he has taught barre, Pilates, somatic release practices and strength-based movement across leading studios, becoming a master trainer in barre methodology along the way. His counselling training has deepened his interest in how movement, regulation and emotional experience are interlinked, with a focus on improving quality of life from the inside out, well beyond the fitness space.
